(1 Credit Hour) This course enables the student to achieve physical condition through exercise, strength, flexibility, and relaxations. This program will be for all fitness levels, allowing students to achieve personal goals at their own pace. This program takes a non impact approach to building bone density, therapeutic restoration of the mind and body. This course will emphasize Yoga, Thi Chi, and Yi Chin Ching (isometric exercises). PE 165 prerequisite.
