PREREQUISITES: Minimum six semester hours completed. Minimum GPA 2.0 (C). This two-course sequence allows students to work part-time on a job closely related to his/her academic major while attending classes on a full-time basis. Emphasis is placed on a student's work experience as it integrates academic knowledge with practical applications in the business environment. The grade is based on a term paper, job-site visits by the instructor, the employer's evaluation of the student, and the development and assessment by the student of a learning contract.
