Reviews leadership and management concepts including motivation, attitudes, communication skills, problem solving, human needs and behavior, and leadership self-development. Students re ne written and oral communications skills and explore the basic branches of the Army, and officer and NCO duties. Students conduct practical exercises in small unit light infantry tactics and perform as mid-level leaders in the cadet organization. Includes lecture and laboratory. 45 Contact Hours. Prerequisite: ARM 112 or permission of instructor.
