Provides the student with the opportunity to practice and apply basic knowledge and skills to the provision of client care in the laboratory and clinical setting. Students will apply critical thinking, professional communication, and the Neuman Systems Model when providing care to clients in the acute care setting. Prerequisite: NUR 110 with a grade of C or better. Corequisite: BIO 130, NUR 111 and NUR 180.
