This course is designed to provide the student with necessary information to operate and manage an upholstery business. Emphasis is placed on shop layouts, necessary equipment, supplies, tax information, setting up an accounting system, and managing work loads and inventory control in a simulated working atmosphere. Upon completion, a student should be able to layout, perform stock setup, and manage an upholstery business.
