This course is designed to address differences in weight and fitness training objectives for women. This course will help students recognize differing goals and methods for men and women related to improving fitness and how goals of women may be met through a total conditioning regiment. In addition to addressing muscular strength and maximum muscular endurance, the course will address body fat reduction, flexibility improvement and cardiovascular conditioning. (Activity Course)
