This is a physical educati on acti vity course that provides instructi on in and practi ce of basic cross country running techniques. This course is designed to increase cardiovascular and aerobic endurance of distance runners through distance training. Enrollment is open only to intercollegiate athletes parti cipati ng in cross country. This is a one credit hour course. (This course may be repeated for credit for a total of two credit hours.)
