Provides the student with methods to properly conduct a computer forensics investigation beginning with a discussion of ethics. Topics covered include fundamental concepts, history of computer forensics, file structures, data recovery techniques, computer forensic tools and analysis. The curriculum and objectives map to the International Association of Computer Investigative Specialists (IACIS) Certification.
