Topics include insurance requirements related to Medicare/Medicaid, managed care and other insurance policies, hospital/clinic billing procedures, auditing/compliance, and collection procedures. Prerequisite(s): OFFT 2006 and OFFT 2010 Recommendation(s): Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, and calculate simple percentages with the use of a calculator.
