Based upon National Fire Protection Association Standard 1021, Qualifications for Professional Fire Officers, this course is designed to introduce and prepare students for the responsibilities of first-line supervision. As the first-line liaison to the work force, upper management and the public, the company officer has one of the most challenging responsibilities within the fire service.
