(Prerequisite: Minimum Grade of C in MUS 1221) Laboratory activities will center on developing listening, playing, and singing skills utilizing major, minor, chromatic pentatonic and whole-tone scales as well as all modes. Also included will be practice with harmonic intervals and seventh chord. Sightsinging and playing while singing will be emphasized, as will harmonic dictation using all chord positions. (2 hr lab)
