This course is for the intermediate to advanced student who desires to increase cardiovascular fitness, flexibility and muscular endurance in an aerobic format, using martial arts and boxing movements. Emphasis is on safe exercise progression, refinement and extension of aerobic kickboxing movement skills. May be taken twice for degree or certificate credit. Prerequisite: HPER 122L. Offered: Occasionally.
