This course examines the motivations of terrorist groups, the goals of terrorism, and the impacts of terrorism events on societies. Writing assignments, as appropriate to the discipline, are part of the course. Prerequisite: Grade of C or better in Environmental Technology 100, Environmental Technology 101, Environmental Technology 105 and Environmental Technology 205 or Consent of Department Chairperson. (Concurrent enrollment in Emergency Technology 205 is allowable.) 150 minutes per week. 3 credit hours.
