Includes topics on leadership and group dynamics, moral and ethical responsibilities of leadership, delegation of authority. Conflict resolution, essential leadership skills and productive leadership behavior. Writing assignments, as appropriate to the discipline, are part of the course. 150 minutes per week. 3 credit hours.
