Procedures frequently performed in modern department but which employ surgical or other invasive techniques and injection of contrast media into circulatory system; covers emergency procedures and pertinent aspects of some pharmaceuticals. Writing assignments, as appropriate to the discipline, are part of the course. Prerequisite: Admission to the Radiography program 246. 1 lecture and 2 lab hours per week. 2 credit hours.
