- Introduction to electrical wiring, repair and construction techniques in a laboratory setting. Students will also acquire proficiency in the identification and use of various electrical components associated with wiring activities. Basic functions of addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of decimal and base 10 numbering system will be used to calculate current, voltage, resistance, and watts. Writing assignments, as appropriate to the discipline, are part of the course. Prerequisite: EEIM 0515, EEIM 503, EEIM 505, and EEIM 508. 3 credit hours.
