PREREQUISITE: Requires college-level reading. Covers the study of measurements, matter, molecules, atoms, chemical bonding, nomenclature, energy, acids, bases, and nutrition. Coursework examines chemistry in the modern world and surveys the current knowledge as well as the conceptual framework of the discipline.
