PREREQUISITE: CNG-121; Min. grade C-. Teaches students to upgrade, install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot current and legacy MS Windows operating systems. In addition, students will learn to install, configure, and troubleshoot device drivers. Students will also learn to identify the network capabilities of the operating system and configure the operating system to connect to the network.
