PREREQUISITE: Requires college-level reading. Teaches the basic techniques utilized by land and water environmental technicians. Students will obtain training in the areas of field equipment use and calibration (inclusive of flow meters, water and soil quality instrumentation, etc.). Students will also learn the importance of properly designed data collection efforts and the limitations imposed by data collection and interpretation activities.
