PREREQUISITE: PED-143; Min. grade C-. Emphasizes the instruction of Tai Chi from a practical and scientific approach with illustrations of applications for each of the movements in daily life. Cardiovascular training, strength and flexibility training, balance, and coordination are integral parts of the Tia Chi training.
