Topics include crossbreeding, breeding, feeding, dehorning, castration, vaccinating, diseases, internal and external parasite control, marketing and the facilities needed. Students are assigned animals to care for and manage throughout the semester. 2 hrs. lecture, 2 hrs. lab.
