This course is designed to introduce students to the cinematic work of a number of Latin American film artists using an interdisciplinary and cross-cultural approach emphasizing the socio-economic and political issues. The course is intended for students at the intermediate Spanish level or higher. Most films are subtitled in English or Spanish and class discussion is in Spanish. Clock Hours: 30 (LEC)
