This course will cover introductory topics of computer forensics and investigation. These topics include computer investigations,Windows an d DOS file systems, Mac and Linux boot processes, computer forensic tools, digital evidence, processing crime and incident scenes, data acquisition, image files and e-mail investigations in a modern world. The course is broad-based with the objectives of ensuring that students develop a base of knowledge to expand in the futurewith experience and further learning on the subject.
