This study of philosophy will expose the student to critical thinking and help in the understanding of such fundamental questions as these: How do we know? (epistemology); What is real? (metaphysics); and What is of value? (axiology). Readings from the major philosophers are included. Humanities credit. (F, Sp, Su) A maximum of two hours of physical education activities will apply toward any degree.
