This course is an extensive hands-on study of intermediate pneumatic and hydraulic power control systems using Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs). Programming applications such as sequencing, timers, counters, I/O and motor control will be covered in this course. At the completion of this course students will be able to program a PLC for motor control, I/O applications, sequencing applications, timer operations, counter functions and troubleshoot the PLC system.
