Prerequisite: None In this course students will learn a systematic approach to managing the operations of housekeeping in the hospitality industry. This course will also cover Health Department and OSHA regulations. Students enrolled in this course must work a minimum of 15 hours a week in the lodging industry. Work experience is concurrent but does not necessarily concentrate on the subject being taught in the course.
