Prerequisite: None An informal logic and critical reasoning perspective will be emphasized in this course so one may develop a system of methods and principles that can be used to evaluate other's arguments and to develop one'sown arguments. Students will be introduced to the basic concepts of logic: arguments, meaning and definition of language, fallacies, propositions, and syllogisms.
