Prerequisite: None This course offers a form of exercise in which an individual self paces his or her activity to improve and maintain overall physical fitness. Cardiovascular endurance, balance, coordination, flexibility, muscular strength and endurance, body alignment, proper breathing, and stress reduction. It combines a series of simple jazz and other dance steps to offer a well conceived course based upon fitness principles.
