4 credits This class provides an overview of US business law, describes how each of the areas covered impact business, and examines various cases that relate to each area. It also covers the US Constitution, its origination, its role in determining law today, how it impacts business and how changes are made. This course will also cover a review of current legal topics that are impacting business today and the differences between Federal laws and some State of Oregon Laws and which ones take precedence. May be offered through Distance Learning.
