4 credits Prerequisite: CIS 100, CIS 102, CIS 125D, CIS 227N, and MTH 095 or higher, or instructor consent. Course prepares students to support end-users in a variety of organizational settings. Topics include the end-user support function in an organization, techniques to develop and deliver training modules, and strategies to provide ongoing technical support to end-users. Emphasis is on solving problems with users, needs analysis, troubleshooting, and interaction with users. Taught in a workbench lab environment.
