Description:

4 credits Consumer behavior is one of the most exciting areas in the study of marketing. Everyday, all around us, the use of various media to inform, persuade, and influence our purchase decisions competes with other stimuli for our attention--and our hard earned money! In studying consumer behavior, you will learn how marketers identify and exploit these sources of influence-from learning about the way we process information and think how our relationships with others, even our dreams and aspirations, help shape our product choices and purchase decisions. May be offered through Distance Learning.
