4 credits Prerequisite: ET 129 And MTH 060 Introduction to digital techniques, with emphasis on number systems, binary arithmetic, elements of logic, analysis and synthesis of combinational logic circuits, implementation of logic circuits using the MSI basic and/or/not building blocks. The last part of the course introduces Flip, Flop and Latch Memory components, FFs and methods of analyzing and troubleshooting, clocked sequential circuits.
