6 credits Prerequisite: Acceptance into Respiratory Care Program or consent of instructor. This course is a continuation of Clinical Practice 1, RT 236 with special emphasis on development of skills used in determining efficacy of therapeutic modalities in patient care situations. Familiarization with diagnostics and monitoring techniques and skills used in management of critical care patients will be included. Continued emphasis is placed on development of professional attitudes and behaviors in clinical settings.
