3 credits Prerequisite: VP 151. This course teaches advanced concepts and skills in digital video production and non-linear editing. The theory and practice of digital non-linear editing is emphasized. Students receive hands-on opportunity to learn advanced camera techniques, pre-production and production practices, combined with individual creativity and the importance of teamwork and deadlines. Projects will be produced in the context of learning the theory and practice of video production and computerized video editing combined with the applications of multimedia programs.
