Topics covered include: Forms Management, Vital Records Protection, Disaster Prevention and Recovery, Micrographics, Mail and Reprographics Management, Optical Disk Technology, and International Standards. Association of Records Managers and Administrators (ARMA) International rules are reviewed. A database such as Microsoft?
