Study of operation and relationships of engine, ignition, air/fuel induction, emission, and computerized control systems. Diagnostic procedures are included for each system and usage of respective test equipment. These equipment include distributor testers, oscilloscopes, gas analyzers, scan testers, and specialized meters. (60 lecture; 90 lab hours) Prerequisite: AMT 30 & 41; or consent of instructor.
