This course introduces students to the funda- mental principles of law as they relate to the basic legal problems of business transactions. Special attention is given to contracts, agencies, government regulations, environmental protection, administrative agencies, consumer protection, business crimes and business torts. The course is designed to meet the prerequisites for business administration and accounting, but any student who would like to know more about the specific subject areas mentioned would benefit. 3 hours lecture.
