In this introductory course, students study the purpose of appraisal, methods and techniques to determine the value of various types of property. Emphasis is on residential and single dwelling property. Prerequisite: A student must hold a brokers' license or have completed MMT 1613 and 1643 Beginning Real Estate I and II. 3 hours lecture. This course does not satisfy degree or program requirements.
