This course provides the student with the basic nursing theory and skills to provide safe and effective care for a client experiencing an alteration in health in systems not covered in PNV 1614. Pre/Co-requisites: All first semester courses. Concurrent registration in PNV 1642 is required. A passing grade in PNV 1634 and PNV 1642 is required in order to progress in the Practical Nursing program. If a passing grade is not maintained, both courses must be repeated concurrently upon readmission.
