This course provides students with knowledge and skills necessary to care for individuals across the lifespan. Study includes beginning use of the nursing process; cause and prevention of illness; patient, family, and community health care provisions; medication administration; and resource agencies available. Pre/ Co-requisite: Concurrent registration in PNV 1436. 7 hours lecture. If a passing grade is not earned, both courses must be repeated concurrently upon re-admission
