This is a refresher course in math concepts and operations and includes whole numbers, fractions, decimals, percents, rations/ proportions, measurements (including metrics), some aspects of geometry, and an introduction to signed numbers. This class is designed for students who need preparation for higher-level mathematics as evidenced by their Compass placement scores. Students will work individually with tutors and must pass the Compass exam with a 54 or higher by the end of the enrolled semester to be eligible to enroll in MA095.
