3.00 credits (3.00 lec) In this course, students will study the essential elements of customer service in any organization. They will come to understand the environment and structure of a contact center, so that they may seek rewarding positions in that particular area. They will also discuss and practice using real-work scenarios and role play. Prerequisite: Placement into READ 0200 or placement into ESOL 0052 or completion of READ 0100 or ESOL 0042 with faculty recommendation into ESOL 0052.
