2.00 credits (2.00 lec) This capstone course integrates all aspects of customer service through the use of discussion, role-plays and realwork scenarios. Students will apply communications and human relation skills in actual customer service situations. They will demonstrate an understanding of customer diversity, grasp the importance of ethical decision-making and comprehend the importance of the customer service in organizations driven by this model. Prerequisites: Placement into READ 0200 or placement into ESOL 0052 or completion of READ 0100 or ESOL 0042 with faculty recommendation into ESOL 0052.
