2.00 credits (2.00 Int) In this introductory course, students will prepare patients for EEG monitoring in the clinical setting. Emphasis will be placed on patient care and safety in the setting of an EEG laboratory, as well as preparation, initiation and completion of routine EEG testing in patients across the lifespan. Must be taken pass/fail. Prerequisites: Successful completion of semester courses with a grade of "C" or higher.Corequisite: ENDT 1100.
