3.00 credits (2.00 lec/1.00 lab) This course covers the principles of creating graphics for the Web using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Course topics include: creating low-memory graphics and file formats, and creating special effects. Recommendations for graphic size, color, and contrast, as well as how to create GIF animations and clickable image maps will also de discussed. Prerequisites: GRPH 1130, GRPH 2110; placement into READ 1300 or completion of READ 0200 or ESOL 0052; placement into MATH 0070 or completion of MATH 0060.
