2.00 credits (2.00 lec) This course covers the regulations for installing various types of wiring materials such as nonmetallic sheathed cable, armored cable, electrical metallic tubing, and rigid metal conduit. Students will also become familiar with requirements for general electrical installations, branch circuit requirements, and grounded conductor parameters. Prerequisites: CNEL 1010, CNEL 1050, CNEL 1100, CNEL 1150; placement into READ 1300 or completion of READ 0200 or ESOL 0052; placement into MATH 0080 or completion of MATH 0070; placement into ESOL 0041 or completion of ESOL 0031.
