5.00 credits (5.00 lec) This course is the second in a sequence of courses providing an introduction to the language of France and other Frenchspeaking countries. Students will explore many aspects of the language through listening, reading, writing and speaking, which will help them understand and appreciate their own language from another point of view. Prerequisites: FREN 1000 or equivalent; placement into READ 0200 or placement into ESOL 0052 or completion of READ 0100 or ESOL 0042 with faculty recommendation into ESOL 0052; placement into ENGL 1110 or completion of ENGL 0900 or ESOL 0051.
