3.00 credits (3.00 lec) This course will equip students with the skills required to function within the current incident management systems that exist at the county and state levels. By examining the concepts of command and control, they will analyze the Minnesota Incident Management System. Students will focus on how that system interacts with the federal system and the Minnesota Emergency Operations Center. Prerequisites: HLSC 1000 and HLSC 1110.
