2.00 credits (2.00 lec) This course provides students certification-focused instruction on installing, configuring, and operating, LAN, WAN, and dial access services for networks. Students will learn about various protocols and network technologies including IP, IGRP, Serial, Frame Relay, IP RIP, VLANs, RIP, Ethernet, and Access Lists. If entering this course, students are expected to have a working knowledge of Cisco switches and routers and TCP/IP; in the course, they will receive comprehensive instruction to prepare you for industry Cisco Certificate Network Associate (CCNA) certification. Prerequisite: ITEC 2880.
