3.00 credits (3.00 lec) This course reviews the criminal justice system and provides students with the ability to know, understand, explain and apply the highlighted section of the U.S. Constitution and the Minnesota Criminal Justice Code. An introduction to the laws relating to juveniles is included. Open only to students admitted to the Professional Licensing program. Students will be required to take courses in a prescribed sequence.
